Welcome to the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP)
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is responsible for institutional review and signoff of proposals, negotiation, and assessment of award agreements, establishing accurate Project IDs within restricted fund groups, outgoing subaward preparation and monitoring, advising on post award business and financial matters, preparing accurate and complete financial reports, and Project ID closeout. Responsible for enforcing costing and other administrative policies of UT Health SA and its external sponsors.
